Affiliate disclosure
trygohighlevelnow.com is an independent resource, not affiliated with or endorsed by HighLevel Inc. We participate in the GoHighLevel affiliate program, which means we may earn a commission when you start a trial or subscribe through a link on this site. You pay exactly the same price either way. We publish the drawbacks alongside the strengths — if a tool is wrong for your use case, saying so is worth more to us than a commission.
How we evaluate this comparison
- We use it on client work
- We run GoHighLevel sub-accounts for real local-business clients — chiropractors, med spas, and similar. The opinions here come from configuring and operating the platform as a paying customer, not from a demo video.
- Prices come from the vendors, and are dated
- Every price is taken from the vendor's own public pricing page and stamped with the date we checked it. Usage costs (SMS, email, AI) are listed separately, because the plan price is not the bill.
- We name who should not buy
- Any verdict that cannot tell you who the product is wrong for is an advertisement. Every review and comparison here names the people we think should buy something else.
- We say when a competitor wins
- Comparison pages include the rows where the other tool is genuinely better. We earn nothing when you pick the competitor, and we still write the row.
The commission does not change the verdict. We earn an affiliate commission if you sign up through this site, at no extra cost to you. It is also the reason we are careful: the fastest way to lose a reader permanently is to sell them a tool that is wrong for them. Where GoHighLevel is the wrong answer, we say so and send you elsewhere — including to tools we earn nothing from.

ServiceTitan alternative: is GoHighLevel better?
We are affiliates for GoHighLevel and we are going to tell you, in the first paragraph, that ServiceTitan's AI is more sophisticated than GoHighLevel's and that GoHighLevel is not a ServiceTitan replacement. Both of those are true. The useful question is not which product is cleverer — it is which leak in your business is actually costing you money.
ServiceTitan pricing re-verified 12 July 2026: they publish three package names and no prices. Every figure on this page that is not GoHighLevel's is either absent or labelled as an outside estimate — we do not invent numbers.
Choose GoHighLevel if…
- Your problem is the phone ringing out, not the schedule falling apart.
- You are under roughly $3M and a per-technician bill plus an implementation project is absurd.
- You want an AI receptionist live this week at a price printed on a website.
- You are the agency marketing for contractors and want white-labeled sub-accounts to resell.
Choose ServiceTitan if…
- You run a dispatch board, a fleet and an inventory, and jobs get dropped without them.
- You want demand forecasting and dispatch optimisation — AI GoHighLevel cannot do at any price.
- Your CFO needs job costing and reporting that survives an audit.
- You are past $5M and the implementation cost is a rounding error against the waste it removes.
We earn nothing if you pick ServiceTitan. Pick it anyway if that list is you — request their pricing here.

Where ServiceTitan wins
The AI row GoHighLevel loses outright
Titan Intelligence forecasts demand. GoHighLevel cannot.
This site's whole argument for GoHighLevel is operational agent breadth per dollar — Voice AI, Conversation AI, Content AI and Reviews AI, first-party, published-price, resellable. That argument is real and we make it everywhere. It is also not a claim that GoHighLevel has the best AI in software, and against ServiceTitan the gap runs the other way on the rows that matter most to a large contractor.
ServiceTitan's Titan Intelligence does demand forecasting — how many calls of what type you should expect, so you can staff for them. It does dispatch optimisation, deciding which technician goes where. It does AI call scoring, grading your CSRs' recorded calls and coaching the humans. All of it is trained on a genuinely enormous corpus of real trade data that GoHighLevel does not have and cannot get. There is no configuration, no prompt and no budget in GoHighLevel that produces demand forecasting. It is not a gap; it is a different category of product.
If that capability is worth money to you — and above roughly $5M in revenue it usually is, because a few points of technician utilisation is a salary — then ServiceTitan is the correct purchase and we would rather say so than take a commission from a contractor who is going to churn in ninety days.
And the field-service spine has no GoHighLevel equivalent
Dispatch, scheduling, the price book, on-site estimates, inventory, payroll, consumer financing at the door, job costing your accountant trusts. GoHighLevel does not have one of those things. A contractor who cancels ServiceTitan for GoHighLevel does not save money; they lose the ability to run the business and then buy three tools to get it back.
Where GoHighLevel wins
Price, transparency, and the fact that you can start today
One of these companies will tell you what it costs
GoHighLevel's prices are on its website: $97, $297, $497 per month, flat, unlimited users. You can read them right now and start a trial without speaking to a human. ServiceTitan's pricing page, as of July 2026, lists three packages — Starter, Essentials and The Works — tells you that pricing is per technician, and ends every card with "Request Pricing". There is no number on it. We are not going to import a figure from a third-party blog and dress it up as a fact; if you want to know what ServiceTitan costs, you will have to take the sales call, and the fact that this is true is a finding about the product.
The same asymmetry runs through the AI. GoHighLevel publishes what its AI costs per minute and per message — Voice AI at roughly $0.16/min blended, Conversation AI at about $0.02 per message — and you can put your own call volume through our calculator and get a real number before you spend anything. ServiceTitan's Titan Intelligence has no published price at all. Better AI you cannot price is a harder purchase than adequate AI you can.
Time to value, measured in afternoons instead of quarters
A GoHighLevel Voice AI receptionist can be answering your phone before you go home today: point the number, write the prompt, connect the calendar. ServiceTitan is an implementation project with a scope, a timeline and a bill. For a shop that is losing jobs because nobody picks up at 4pm on a Friday, an imperfect AI answering the phone this week beats a sophisticated one next quarter, and that is the entire case for GoHighLevel here.
The agency layer, which ServiceTitan has no answer to
If you are not the contractor but the agency marketing for twenty of them, this comparison is not close. One $297 GoHighLevel account gives you unlimited white-labeled client sub-accounts; $497 adds SaaS Mode so you can resell the platform as your own software. ServiceTitan is sold direct, per technician, with no reseller layer at all. See the full alternatives roundup for how that model compares across the category, or our GoHighLevel review for who should not buy it.
The verdict
GoHighLevel is the marketing brain; ServiceTitan is the operational spine. ServiceTitan's AI is more sophisticated, vastly more expensive, and correct for a large contractor. GoHighLevel's AI is broader, cheaper, published, immediate and resellable, and correct for a small one — or for the agency working on their behalf. Most contractors past a certain size should run both, and the ones below it should not be shopping for ServiceTitan at all.

Frequently asked questions
- Is GoHighLevel a ServiceTitan replacement?
- No, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something. ServiceTitan is a field-service operating system — dispatch, scheduling, price book, inventory, payroll, job costing, consumer financing. GoHighLevel has none of that and is not building it. What GoHighLevel replaces is the marketing half: lead capture, nurture, missed-call text-back, an AI receptionist, review generation. The honest framing is that ServiceTitan is the operational spine and GoHighLevel is the marketing brain, and plenty of contractors run both. If you have a dispatch board, do not cancel it for a $297 marketing platform.
- How much does ServiceTitan cost?
- ServiceTitan does not publish pricing. We rendered their pricing page in a real browser on 12 July 2026: it lists three packages — Starter, Essentials and The Works — states that pricing is per technician, and every plan card ends in "Request Pricing" with no dollar figure anywhere on the page. Third-party analyses put it in the low hundreds of dollars per technician per month with a four-to-five-figure implementation, but those are estimates by other people and we are not going to launder them into a number that looks like a fact. Get a quote. GoHighLevel, by contrast, publishes $97, $297 and $497 on its website and you can start today without talking to anyone.
- Whose AI is better, ServiceTitan or GoHighLevel?
- ServiceTitan's, and it is not especially close on the axis that matters to a large contractor. Titan Intelligence does demand forecasting, dispatch optimisation and AI call scoring, trained on an enormous corpus of real trade data. GoHighLevel cannot forecast next Tuesday's call volume at any price and never will. What GoHighLevel has is an AI receptionist you can switch on this afternoon at a published ~$0.16 per minute, plus AI across SMS and social DMs, review replies and content — broad, cheap, immediate, and resellable. Sophistication versus reach. For a 4-truck shop, reach wins. For a 40-truck shop, it does not.
- Can a small contractor use ServiceTitan?
- They can, and they usually should not. ServiceTitan is priced per technician and gated behind a paid implementation project, which means the fixed cost lands the same way on a three-van plumbing shop as on a fifty-van HVAC company while the benefit does not. The dispatch optimisation and demand forecasting that justify the price need volume to be worth anything. Below roughly $2–3M in revenue you are usually buying a system of record you do not yet need, and the money is better spent on the phone actually being answered.
- What is the best ServiceTitan alternative for a small trades business?
- It depends what is broken. If jobs are being dropped — scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, technicians in the field — you want a field-service tool, and Housecall Pro or Jobber are the honest answers at that size, not GoHighLevel. If the phone is ringing and nobody is picking it up, and leads go cold because no one followed up, then GoHighLevel is the answer: an AI receptionist that answers and books, missed-call text-back, automated nurture and review requests, on a published flat price with no implementation project. Diagnose the actual leak before you buy anything.
- Can an agency resell ServiceTitan to its contractor clients?
- No. ServiceTitan is sold direct to the contractor, per technician, and there is no white-label or reseller layer. GoHighLevel is the opposite: one $297 account gives you unlimited client sub-accounts, and $497 adds SaaS Mode, letting you brand the whole platform as your own and bill your contractor clients for software rather than hours. That is a different business model, not a cheaper version of the same one — and it is the main reason agencies serving the trades end up on GoHighLevel while their clients stay on ServiceTitan.
