What CoPilot actually is
Bitrix24's AI is called CoPilot and it is genuinely broad. It writes emails and social posts, generates images, summarises calls, and — from the Professional plan at $199/month — sits inside automation rules and RPA. There is light AI lead scoring on the higher tiers, and telephony with call transcription. Nobody should call this fake. It is a competent, wide, useful assistant layer spread across a very large product.
It is also, without exception, pointed inward. CoPilot helps the people who work for you. It drafts the reply your salesperson sends; it does not send it. It transcribes the call your receptionist answered; it does not answer it. The bot layer in the website widget exists, but it is a build-it-yourself affair rather than a conversational agent that qualifies a stranger and books them into a calendar.
What GoHighLevel does with the same word
GoHighLevel's AI is narrower and further out. Voice AI answers an inbound call, qualifies the caller and writes the appointment into a calendar.
